Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so this policy explains exactly when a refund or cancellation is possible.

This policy applies to all purchases made on Prism, operated by [Legal Entity Name]. Because we sell digital goods that are delivered and accessible immediately, all sales are generally final. The exceptions below are offered in good faith and in line with consumer-protection norms.
When you are eligible for a refund
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment error.
- Non-delivery — you did not receive access to your product and our team is unable to deliver it within a reasonable time after purchase.
- Materially defective or misdescribed — the product is broken, corrupted, or significantly different from its description, and we are unable to provide a working replacement or fix.
When a refund is not available
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
- You no longer need the product, or bought it by mistake.
- The product works as described but does not fit your specific use case or setup.
- You lack the skills, software, or hardware needed to use the product (requirements are stated on the product page).
These limits reflect the nature of digital goods: once a file has been downloaded or content accessed, it cannot be “returned.”
How to request a refund
Email us at support@prism.example or use our contact page within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue (with screenshots where relevant). We review every request individually.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, the related license and access to the product are revoked.
Cancellations
Digital orders are fulfilled instantly and cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the product delivered. If a payment is still processing or an order has not yet been fulfilled, contact us immediately and we will cancel it where possible.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first — we want to make it right. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
